The Way of Escape is the last book in the series by Catherine Farnes. It is sequel to The Rivers of Judah, Snow, and Out of Hiding.
The Way of Escape is about a girl named Brenna Ewen. She is a cousin to Judah and Nathan Ewen from the other books. When her parents are suddenly killed in a car wreck, she and her brother, Connor, have to go live with their uncle. Ben Ewen. The pastor. Having never really payed much attention to religion, this is a big step for Brenna. And all she has to support her through this time is her rebellious brother. But Brenna comes to realize that just because her uncle is a pastor, it doesn't mean that he will somehow be hostile to her because her family hardly ever went to church. She also learns to place her trust in the Heavenly Father.
